Shipping Privacy
- We deliver everywhere. Once your order is processed and shipped from our warehouse, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
- Orders that exceed 10 items or 10 items per product, will automatically be cancelled.
- For security and fraud-prevention purposes, any customer who places more than seven (7) separate orders within a 30 days period, any extra order will be cancelled immediately. if paid with cash, the money will be refunded immediately. If paid through Visa, extra orders will be automatically cancelled and the money will be refunded within14 working days.
- During our Big Deals and offers, each customer is permitted to place only 1 order.
Return Privacy
Review your order once you receive it, if the products that you’ve received are damaged or faulty or do not match the order you have placed, please ensure you return them to us on spot.
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after you receive it by 5 days or if the pack is opened/used.
Payment Methods
On our website Infinityclinicpharma.com, you can either transfer the amount of money using your credit or debit card (Visa and MasterCard) or you can choose cash on delivery, where the full amount of money needs be paid to the courier once you receive the order.
